1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Makhanlal Chaturvedi Rashtriya Patrakarita Vishwavidayalaya Sansthan Adhiniyam, 1990.(2)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification, appoint.
