-5-96/LA. - An Act to provide for the constitution of the Goa State Commission for Women to exercise the powers conferred on, and to perform the functions assigned to it on all matters concerning women in Goa and incidental thereto so as to improve the status of women in Goa.Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa in the Forty-seventh year of the Republic of India as follows:-
