Section 7(1) in Tamil Nadu Clinical Establishments (Regulations) Rules, 2018
(1)Every application for registration of a clinical establishment shall be made, either in person or by Registered Post with acknowledgement due to the competent authority in Form-I, accompanied by a fee for a sum of rupees five thousand in the form of demand draft or treasury challan drawn in favour of the competent authority.
