10. Registration of semen banks.
(1)On and from the date of commencement of this Act, no person shall establish and operate a semen bank without obtaining a certificate of registration from the Authority.(2)The certificate of registration referred to in sub-section (l) shall be issued in such manner and subject to such conditions, as may be prescribed.
