Section 2(vi) in Visakhapatnam Port Trust (Bunkering of ocean going Vessels) Regulations, 2006
(vi)"Bunker oil" means, inflammable liquids intended for propulsion and auxiliary operation of an ocean going vessel and liquids destined for the lubrication of ship's engine.
