Section 4(5) in Rajasthan Highway Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2015
(5)The rate of fee for use of a section of expressway shall be twice the rate specified in sub-rule (2):Provided that the Government may by notification specify a higher rate not exceeding three times the rate, specified in sub-rule (2).
