The appellant has sought the list of all faculty members of Sri Guru Gobindsingh Sr. Sec. Public School, Beghpur, Kamlooh, Mukerian - 144 211 affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi CODE 1630388, for full year, January, 2016 to 1 December, 2016 and January 2017 till the date of filing the RTI application along with their qualification, designation, father/spouse name, salary.
Grounds for Second Appeal The CPIO did not provide the desired information. Observation:
The Commission is in receipt of a letter of the appellant dated 22.03.2019 wherein he has stated that due to personal reasons, he desires to withdraw the instant matter.
Decision:
The Commission accepts the prayer of the appellant and treats this case as withdrawn.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
