Section 5(d) in The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018
(d)the cluster colleges affiliated to the Himachal Pradesh University, shall stand automatically de-affiliated from the Himachal Pradesh University from the date of commencement of this Act and such colleges shall become the cluster colleges of "the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh".
