Section 4 in The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Act, 1995

4. The Board.

- The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board shall be a body corporate which shall have a perpetual succession and a common seal and it shall have the right to acquire the moveable and immovable properties and may sue and be sued in its name.
