01. Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of learned counsel for the parties.
02. The issue in the present cases is already covered by the judgment and order passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 1809 of 2018 in Writ Petition No. 6177 of 2006 along with the bunch of Writ Petitions, being Writ Petition Nos. 3446 of 2007, 3951 of 2018, 4480 of 2018, 4497 of 2018, 4507 of 2018, 4769 of 2018, 6121 of 2018, 6122 of 2018, 6123 of 2018, 6124 of 2018 and Writ Petition No. 6125 of 2018; decided on 19th September, 2018.
03. The present petitions are also disposed of with a direction ::: Uploaded on - 27/09/2018 ::: Downloaded on - 28/09/2018 01:06:08 ::: wps6181.18,6182.18 etc. 19 that the judgment and order passed in the above referred matters will also be applicable to the cases of the present petitioners.
