Section 140(1) in The M.P. Land Revenue Code, 1959
(1)The land revenue payable on account of a year shall fall due on the first day of April of that year and shall be paid up to the last day of June of that year, in such manner, to such person and at such places as may be prescribed :Provided that the dues of the land revenue payable at the time of the commencement of the Madhya Pradesh Land Revenue Code (Amendment) Act, 2018 shall be paid before the 1st April, 2019.
