Section 21 in The Punjab Primary Education Act, 1960
21. Delegation of powers.
- The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the modification, authorise any officer or authority subordinate to it to exercise all or any of the powers conferred on the State Government by this Act.
