FACTS:
1. Appellant through his RTI application sought information with respect Chandraprabhu Jain Institute of Management and Technilogy which is showing fake faculties on their website. PIO has given reply. Being unsatisfied with PIO reply, the appellant made First Appeal. First Appellate Authority upheld the PIO reply. Unsatisfied with FAA order, appellant approached the Commission through this present second appeal.

2. The appellant is not present. The Public Authority made their submissions. They submitted that it is a repeated RTI application and he was already replied that the said matter pertains to the SHO, Madhu Vihar to whom the RTI application was transferred.
In view of this the Commission closes the appeal and the appellant is advised to approach the appropriate authority for seeking the information.
