Section 69(ii) in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(ii)Study leave is admissible to a permanent teacher who has served the University continuously for a period of 5 years or more. A permanent teacher who has put in more than 3 years continuous service as a teacher in the University but less than 5 years may also be considered for the grant of study leave in exceptional circumstances provided that if such a teacher is granted study leave the provisions of clause (viii) shall not apply to him and the study leave shall be without pay and allowances.
