Section 4(1) in Andhra Pradesh Tourism Authority (Constitution, Functions and Powers) Rules, 2016
(1)The Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, declare any area which have or likely to have the importance of tourism within the State as `Special Tourism Zone' for the conservation, preservation and integrated planned development of such area.
