Section 13 in The Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002
13. Amendment of section 80A.- In section 80A of the principal Act,-(a) in sub- section (1), in the proviso, for the words" Company Law Board", the word" Tribunal" shall be substituted;
(b)in sub- section (2), for the words" any court", the words" any court or the Tribunal" shall be substituted.
