389. Period of detention of under-trial prisoners to be watched by official visitors.
- Visitors may at the time of their visits make a note of the number of prisoners confined in under-trial wards and their respective periods of detention and may make a report in the visitor's Book about the case of under-trial prisoners which appear to have been unduly delayed beyond the prescribed period of three months.
