Section 27(1)(b) in The Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners Regulations, 1974

(b)in the case of appointment by transfer, any period of work in equivalent or higher rank, prior to appointment to the Service may in the discretion of the Council, be allowed to count towards the period of probation; and
