Section 11(4) in Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority Regulations, 1999
(4)The Secretary shall convene meeting of the District Authority with the previous approval of the Chairman and shall also attend meetings and shall be responsible for maintaining a true and correct record of the minutes of the proceedings of each of such meetings.
