It was claimed by the FAA that Appellant has stated during the hearing that he was satisfied with the information now. Thus Appeal was disposed citing this cause.

Improper perusal of facts by the FAA, eventually the order was unsatisfactory.

The Appellant has sought answers to questions seeking to draw the attentions of the authorities to certain anomalies in policy implementations. He has not really sought information but the PIO has attempted to give some clarifications. Since no information has been sought, this Commission really has no jurisdiction over the matters the appellant is seeking to raise.
