Section 66(vi) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000
(vi)Subject to the control of the Chairman of the Market Committee, the Secretary shall be responsible for maintaining proper account of money received and/or expended for or on behalf of the Market Committee.
