Section 15 in The Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 1989
15. Registrar.
- The Registrar shall be a whole-time salaried officer of the University, and shall act as the Secretary of the Executive Council, Academic Council, Planning and Evaluation (Monitoring) Board and Faculties but shall not be deemed to be a member of any of those authorities.
