Section 30(2) in Maharana Partap Horticultural University, Karnal Act, 2015
(2)The Director of the Students' Welfare shall perform the following duties, namely:-(a)to make arrangements for housing of the students;(b)to make programmes of students' counselling;(c)to arrange employment of the students in accordance with the plans approved by the Vice-Chancellor;(d)to supervise the extra-curricular activities of the students;(e)to assist placement of the students of the University;(f)to organize and maintain contact with the alumni of the University; and(g)to ensure maintenance of discipline by the students.(h)such other duties, as may be prescribed.
