Section 14(a) in Rajasthan Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages Act, 1958
(a)if he has reason to believe the notice to be in any respect false, he may refuse to register the birth and death, until he receives an order from the Judge of the District Court directing him to make the entry and prescribing the manner in which the entry is to be made: and
