(3)An attested copy of the audited accounts of the organization alongwith its audit report, a copy of the annual report and report in accordance with the provisions of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (49 of 1976) shall be furnished by every Specialized Adoption Agency within six months from the date of closing of the financial year to State Adoption Resource Agency or the State Government concerned.
