(27)Licensing of theatres, etc. - (a) the safety, sanitation and internal arrangement of theatres or other places of public entertainment or resort and the control and inspection thereof, in order to ensure the safety, health and convenience of persons employed in, or visiting, attending or resorting to the same;(b)the licensing of such entertainments;
