Section 6(1) in The M.P. Upcharyagriha Tatha Rujopchar Sambandhi Sthapanaye (Registrikaran Tatha Anugyapan) Rules, 1997
(1)An application for the renewal of registration shall be made [every three years] [Substituted for 'every year' by M.P. Notification No. F-13-3-05-XVII-Med.-2, dated 17-1-2007.] in advance in Form 'A at least one month before the date on which the registration and the licence are to expire and shall be accompanied by the fee prescribed in Rule 7.
