Section 7(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Saffron Rules, 2018
(2)The Enforcement Inspector may seize the saffron stocks which are held by a dealer or which are sold or distributed by a dealer in excess of the quantities specified in sub-rule (1). In the event of such seizure, the Enforcement Inspector shall issue a receipt to the dealer in Form-X.
