Section 2(1)(f) in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Recognition and Issuance of Renewable Energy Certificate for Renewable Energy Generation) Regulations, 2010

(f)"floor price" means the minimum price as determined by the Commission in accordance with these regulations at and above which the certificate can be dealt in the power exchange;
