39. Supplementary estimates.
(1)The Board may, at any time, during the year for which any estimate has been sanctioned, cause a supplementary estimate to be prepared and laid before it at a special meeting.(2)The provisions of sub-sections (3), (4) and (6) of section 37 and of Section 37 shall apply to every supplementary estimate.
