1. By this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

"(a) Set aside or modify the impugned order dated 30.09.2025, to the limited extent it mandates rigid twice- weekly listing;

(b) Permit the Hon'ble Family Court at Bandra to adopt flexible scheduling, including listing not more than twice a month, depending upon readiness and stage;

(c) Permit the Hon'ble Family Court to adopt a flexible back-to-back hearing model of 2-3 consecutive working days, subject to consent of parties and Court availability;

(d) Hold that rigid twice weekly listing results in mental harassment, financial loss, wastage of professional time, foreclosure of defence and miscarriage of justice;

(e) Pending hearing and final disposal of the present Writ Petition stay further proceedings in the following matters pending before the Hon'ble Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai

a) Petition No.D-13/2025 b) Petition No.A-302/2025 c) Criminal M.A. No.16/2025 / DV proceedings to prevent Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2 ::: Uploaded on - 30/04/2026 ::: Downloaded on - 01/05/2026 07:04:46 ::: 918-cwp-2318-26.odt procedural prejudice and irreparable injustice and to ensure the present Petition is not rendered infructuous.

(f) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (e).

(g) Pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice;"

2. By the order impugned dated 30th September 2025, the Family Court has already permitted the petitioner to appear through V.C.. No further indulgence can be shown. The Petition is dismissed.
