Section 134(1) in The Orissa Registration Rules, 1988
(1)Memoranda of registered documents required for transmission under the provisions of Sections 64 to 66 of the Act shall be preparecfin Form No. 49 in Appendix-I and an entry be made in the register in Form No. 52 at the time of despatch of the memo and copy.
