Section 40(1) in The Corporation of the City of Panaji (Election) Rules, 2004
(1)The Presiding Officer shall close a polling station at the hour fixed in that behalf under rule 4 and shall not thereafter admit any voter into the polling station:Provided that, all voters present at the polling station before it is closed shall be allowed to cast their votes;
