10. Muhammedan Registrar may receive gratuity.
- Nothing in the preceding section shall be held to prohibit a Muhammedan Registrar from receiving a gratuity in excess of the fee provided in Sub-section (1) of Section 9 when such gratuity is voluntarily tendered.
