Section 93(11)(j) in The Arunachal Pradesh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1984

(j)Every resale of immovable property in default of payment of the amounts mentioned in Clause (h) of this sub-rule within the period allowed for such payment, shall be made, after the issue of a fresh proclamation in the manner and for the period hereinbefore prescribed for the sale.
