Section 33A(2) in Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 2000

(2)The Chairman of the Board shall be the person nominated by the Jharkhand Government. The number of the members of the Board shall not exceed fifteen. These members shall be appointed by the Jharkhand Government.
