Section 14(1) in Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit Act, 1994
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and Statutes, the executive powers of the University shall be vested in the syndicate;and the Syndicate shall have the control, management and administration of the properties and funds of the University.
