                                                             ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the docket order dated 12.06.2019 made by the 1st Assistant City Civil Judge, in O.S.SR.No.8086 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the 1st respondent would state that they had given change of vakalat in this matter and prayed to delete their names in the cause list.

3.On the other hand, Mr.Vasudevan (Authorized Signatory), representing the petitioner Company appeared before this Court today and produced a letter, requesting to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition. The letter shall form part of this order.

4.In view of the letter submitted by the petitioner Company, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
