8. Period within which negotiation for purchase of car may be completed.
- The Deputy Speaker who draws an advance in India for the purchase of a motor car shall complete negotiations for the purchase of, and make final payment for the motor car within one month of the date on which he draws the advance, failing which the full amount of the advance drawn, with interest thereon for one month, shall be refunded to Government.
