36. Terms and conditions of service of Officers and other employees of Corporation.
- The terms and conditions of service, including discipline, control and conduct, of officers and other employees constituting the establishment of the Corporation shall be such as may be prescribed:Provided that such terms and conditions of service of the officers of the Corporation appointed under clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 30, shall be such as may be determined by the State Government.B.
