221.
A separate record having its own order-sheet and containing appropriate papers or extracts from the original record should be started in proceedings under the Criminal Procedure Code arising out of a suit, appeal or execution case. A reference to the initiation and termination of the proceedings will be made in the order-sheet of the original suit, appeal or case and the record of the proceedings will be kept in the record room with that of the original suit, appeal or case, annexed to that file thereof which under the rules is to be preserved for the shortest period.
