Section 8(1) in The Bihar Development of Homeopathic System of Medicine (Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Correct Minutes of the Meetings of the Board) Rules, 1954
(1)No meeting of the Board shall commence or continue, if the number of Members (including the President) is less than the quorum prescribed in sub-section (2) of Section 13.
