Section 184(b) in The Tamil Nadu Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
(b)a responsible person for structural frame and form work,-(i)inspects and examines the material, timber, structural steel and scaffolding for its strength and suitability before being taken into use;(ii)lays down procedures to cover all stages of such structural frame and form work;(iii)supervises such structural frame and form work; and(iv)takes all necessary steps or measures to correct any situation with a view to prevent accident or dangerous occurrence during performance of such structural frame and form work.
