Section 22(18)(a) in All India Services (Death-Cum-Retirement Benefits) Rules, 1958

(a)

(i)As soon as a member of service enters Government service, he shall give details of his family in Schedule 'J' to the Head of Office.

(ii)If the member of service has no family, he shall furnish the details in Schedule 'J' as soon as he acquires a family.
