Section 45 in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
45. General fund.
- The University shall have a general fund to which shall be credited-(1)its income from fees, endowments, grants, donations and gifts, if any;(2)any contribution or grant made by the Central Government or any State Government or the University Grants Commission established under section 4 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or any like authority or any local authority or the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, and other receipts.
