(11)To recommend to the Sponsoring Body about the voluntary liquidation of the University;(iii)W urgent action by the Governing Body becomes necessary, the Chairperson may permit the business to be transacted by the circulation of papers to the members of the Governing Body. The action proposed to be taken shall not be taken unless agreed to by a majority of the members of the Governing Body. The resolution so circulated and approved shall be as effective and binding as if such resolution has been passed at the meeting of Governing Body;(iv)The Governing Body shall exercise such other powers and functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes from time to time.
