84. Retirement Benefit Fund.
- A Co-operative society may establish retirement benefit fund for payment of gratuity to its employees in accordance with the provision of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 (39 of 1972) and for payment of cash equivalent of leave salary, if any, to its employees on retirement from service.
