Section 19(1) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)Records of every proceeding shall be open, as a matter of right, to the inspection of the parties or their authorised representatives at any time either during the pendency of the proceeding or after the orders are passed, subject to payment of fee and complying with such other terms as the Commission may direct including in regard to time, place and manner of inspection.
