Section 2(j) in The West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (Recovery of Expenditure for Providing New Connections) Regulation 2005
(j)Schedule or Rates means rate for various works, plant equipment, lines, items etc. recoverable under these Regulations which have been prepared by the Licensee on the basis of Standard indices in a transparent and reasonable manner.
