Section 27(2) in West Bengal College Service Commission Act, 2012

(2)Subject to such repeal, the Commission, its Chairman and all other Members as constituted and appointed under the West Bengal College Service Commission Act, 1978 shall continue to act unless otherwise provided under this Act.
